EARLY-AGE HIGH RESISTANCE CONCRETE

Early age high resistance concretes develop their project resistance in 24, 48 or 72 hours, depending on the case.
Projects with a short delivery-time
Projects in which the wall-ties and forms are scarce or the cost is very high.
Floors and pavements that need to be used immediately.
Precast concrete elements.

The use of this type of concretes represents a reduction in project completion time, time wastes and project advancement time.
Optimizes the use of wall-ties, shortens the setting time for slabs.
Resistance ranging from 200 to 600 Kg/cm²
High level of shrinkage (settling).
High level of cohesion while fresh.
Low permeability.
Maximum aggregate size: 20mm.
Meets the requirements established in Norms NMX-C-155 and NMX-C-403 of the Complementary Technical Norms of the G.D.F.
